ABOUT ME
Mandy Almog, MS, LPC, NCC
Welcome! My name is Mandy and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients throughout Colorado via tele-health. I graduated with my Masters in Counseling from the University of Texas in San Antonio in 2019. I have training and experience using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help adults and adolescents through life's challenges. I specialize in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), a therapeutic modality that focuses on increasing psychological flexibility. ACT is an evidence-based approach that has shown to be effective in treating various symptoms across many populations. By focusing on different psychological processes in talk therapy, I help clients make necessary pivots towards living a life they love.
